it is the weekend

we survived our first week with mike working. it is going great actually. and so we are excited for the weekend even though he is going to pick up a bit of overtime. but i cannot be more excited for this weekend. lots of sweet friends to see, a few from different states that it has just been too long since i have seen their faces in person. it has been a productive week at this house and it is going to feel great to get out and have a good time. little mister murphy has been napping like a champ for long stretches today so i can get stuff done for the busy and fun weekend. what a sweetie.
